Hampton Court, Sir Soane's Museum, British Museum

Busy day. We went to Hampton Court, where Henry VIII until William III & Mary II lived. Huge and quite impressive. Only a few rooms are intact as they were when Henry VIII lived there; but so interesting. There were guides in period costumes to show you around and tell as things were in Henry VIII's time. Wonderful gardens.

Sir John Soane's Museum was amazing. He was a great architect and collector. He turned his home into the most intersting and well done use of space to display his collections.

The British Museum is huge and interesting.
